These terms govern the use of frisble.com and the online tools of Frisble di Mazzocato Nicola (VAT 05384660261, Asolo (TV), Italy). By using the website you accept these terms.

1. The website

The website presents Frisble's services: apps, websites, custom software and automations for businesses. The information published, including indicative prices, is for information only and is not a binding offer.

2. Commissioned services

Every client project is governed by a written quote or contract, which takes precedence over these terms for timelines, prices, code ownership and warranties.

3. Internal social media publishing tool

The tool hosted at postiz.frisble.com is used to schedule and publish Frisble's own content on Frisble's own social media accounts. It is available only to Frisble staff and is not a service offered to the public. Posts are published through the platforms' official APIs (such as TikTok, Instagram, Facebook and YouTube) and comply with each platform's terms and guidelines. The YouTube feature uses YouTube API Services: by using it you agree to be bound by the YouTube Terms of Service.

4. Acceptable use

You may not use the website for unlawful activities, send harmful content or try to access restricted parts of the website or our systems.

5. Intellectual property

The website's text, images, videos, logo and code belong to Frisble or their respective owners and may not be copied or reused without written permission. Work shown in the portfolio remains the property of the respective clients where their contracts say so.

6. Liability

We do our best to keep the website accurate and available, but we cannot guarantee it. To the extent permitted by law, Frisble is not liable for indirect damages arising from the use of the website or of links to third-party websites.

7. Privacy

How we process personal data is described in the privacy policy.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by Italian law. The courts of Treviso have jurisdiction over any dispute, unless mandatory consumer protection rules provide otherwise.
