This policy explains which personal data Frisble di Mazzocato Nicola processes when you visit frisble.com, contact us or interact with our social media channels, and what rights you have.

1. Data controller

2. Data we process

  • Contact form: the name, email, company and message you send us. We use them only to reply and, if you ask, to prepare a quote. The email is delivered through our provider Resend.
  • Website analytics: we use Umami, hosted on our own servers. It sets no cookies and collects no data that identifies you. We only see aggregated data, such as pages visited and referrers.
  • Cookies and third-party services: details are in the cookie policy. You can change your choices from the "Privacy preferences" link at the bottom of every page.

3. Internal social media publishing tool

To publish Frisble's own content we use an internal tool, hosted at postiz.frisble.com and available only to Frisble staff. The tool connects only to social media accounts owned by Frisble (for example TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, YouTube) through each platform's official APIs.

When we connect one of our accounts, the tool stores:

  • the access tokens issued by the platform;
  • basic profile information (identifier, display name, profile picture);
  • the videos, images and captions we choose to publish.

This data is used only to schedule and publish our own content. We do not sell it, share it with third parties or use it for advertising. We do not collect data about other users of the platforms. Access can be revoked at any time from the account settings on the platform or by disconnecting the account from the tool, which deletes the tokens.

YouTube API Services

To publish videos on Frisble's own YouTube channel, the tool uses YouTube API Services. By using this feature you also agree to the YouTube Terms of Service, and Google's handling of the data is governed by the Google Privacy Policy.

Through the YouTube API the tool accesses only the connected Frisble channel: channel id, name and picture, the videos we upload with their title, description and privacy setting, and basic statistics of our own videos. This data is stored on our servers in the European Union (Frankfurt, Germany) and is not shared with third parties.

You can revoke the tool's access to a Google account at any time from the Google security settings page. When access is revoked or the channel is disconnected, the stored tokens are deleted immediately and the related channel data is deleted within 30 days. To request deletion earlier, write to info@frisble.com.

4. Legal basis

  • Replying to contact requests: pre-contractual steps you asked for (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR).
  • Analytics and running Frisble's social media channels: our legitimate interest in promoting our business (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).
  • Non-essential cookies: your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR).

5. How long we keep data

  • Contact form messages: up to 24 months after the last contact, unless a contract is in place.
  • Tokens and profile data of connected social accounts: for as long as the account stays connected to the tool.

6. Who we share data with

Only with the providers we need to run the website and our services (hosting, email delivery, the connected social platforms), who process it on our behalf. Our servers are located in the European Union, except for the social platforms' own services, which follow their own privacy policies.

7. Your rights

You can ask us at any time to access, correct, delete, restrict, object to the processing of, or receive a portable copy of your data by writing to info@frisble.com. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Italian Data Protection Authority (garanteprivacy.it).

8. Changes

If we change this policy, we update the date at the top of the page.
