Problem
Athletes and contrada members needed one place to follow the Palio del Vecchio Mercato, stay aligned on events, and compare performance across historical results.
Solution
A shipped mobile app for IlPalio.it that brings together real-time news, event updates, historical time comparisons, contrada information, and a collectible album unlocked through physical activity.
The result
A digital companion that keeps the Palio community connected before, during, and after the event, while turning training and participation into a more engaging experience.
