How do I restore Remove Ads on a new phone or after reinstalling?

Open Settings › Ads & privacy › Restore Purchases, signed in with the same Apple ID or Google account you used to buy it. Remove Ads (and the Starter Bundle) are restored for free.

I bought Remove Ads. Why can I still watch videos?

Remove Ads turns off banners and the ads between puzzles for good. Reward videos for free hints stay available because they are optional: they only play if you choose to watch one.

Where are my progress and coins saved?

Only on this device: there is no account. Uninstalling or reinstalling the app resets progress and coins, while your phone's backup (iCloud or Google) keeps them when you restore it. Purchases like Remove Ads can always be restored from the store.

How do I report an ad?

Open Settings › Ads & privacy › Report an ad. This opens an email to us: describe the ad and, if you can, attach a screenshot.

How do I change my privacy and ad choices?

Open Settings › Ads & privacy › Privacy options to reopen the consent form. On iPhone you can also control tracking in Settings › Privacy & Security › Tracking.

How do I make the letters bigger, or use dark mode?

The app follows your phone's settings: increase the text size (up to 200%), turn on dark mode or Reduce Motion in your phone's display and accessibility settings, and the game adapts.

How do I turn the daily reminder on or off?

Change it in the app's Settings, where you can also pick the time. You can also turn off notifications for the app in your phone's settings.

How do I switch between English and Italian?

The app uses your phone's language. To change it for this app only, use your phone's per-app language setting (iPhone: Settings › Word Search › Language; Android 13 and later: Settings › System › Languages › App languages).
